By accessing, browsing, or using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and REV7.

Description of Services
REV7 provides vehicle rental services, offering individuals and businesses access to a range of vehicles for specified periods under flexible rental arrangements. Our services include:
– Vehicle selection and consultation
– Rental application processing
– Vehicle handover and return procedures
– Ongoing customer support related to your rental

Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
– Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
– Possess a valid driving license.
– Meet our financial and eligibility criteria.
– Provide all necessary identification and documentation as requested.

Rental Agreements
All vehicle rentals are subject to a separate, detailed Rental Agreement, which will be provided to you for review and signature. This Rental Agreement will outline specific terms, including rental duration, rental charges, vehicle usage restrictions, maintenance responsibilities, insurance requirements, and return conditions.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and a specific Rental Agreement, the terms of the Rental Agreement shall prevail.

Payments and Financial Obligations
You agree to make all payments, including rental charges, fees, and deposits, as specified in your Rental Agreement and any associated invoices.
Payments must be made on time and through the agreed-upon payment methods.
Late payments may incur penalties or fees as outlined in your Rental Agreement.

Security Deposit / Cheque
As part of our rental agreement, you may be required to provide a security deposit or a security cheque covering potential liabilities.
This security cheque is non-cashable under normal circumstances and serves as a guarantee against potential defaults, traffic fines, Salik tolls, or damages.
The security cheque will only be deposited in strict accordance with the terms outlined in your specific Rental Agreement, typically in cases of unrectified payment defaults, significant breach of contract, unreturned vehicle, or outstanding fines.

Vehicle Usage and Maintenance
You agree to use the rented vehicle in a lawful and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations in the UAE.
You are responsible for the proper care of the vehicle as stipulated in your Rental Agreement.
Any unauthorized modifications to the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
You must notify REV7 immediately of any accidents, damage, or theft involving the rented vehicle.

Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
– Use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
– Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information during the application or rental process.
– Damage, misuse, or neglect the rented vehicle.
– Sublease or rent out the rented vehicle to any third party without our explicit written consent.
– Interfere with the proper working of our website or services.
– Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts.

Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our website and used in connection with our services are the property of REV7 or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, REV7 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
