To drive away, you’ll typically need to pay the rental charge for the initial period (daily, weekly, or monthly) along with a refundable security deposit. The deposit is usually held as a pre-authorization on your credit card and covers potential traffic fines, Salik tolls, or any minor damages.
Yes, basic comprehensive insurance is included in your rental rate. However, a standard deductible (excess) applies in case of an accident. You may have the option to reduce this excess by paying an additional waiver fee at the time of rental.
Absolutely. All routine maintenance and scheduled servicing are fully covered by REV7 for the entire duration of your rental, so you can enjoy a smooth, worry-free driving experience without any extra costs for upkeep.
Registration is already handled by REV7—all our cars are fully registered and road-ready. There are no additional registration fees for you to pay; the vehicle is good to go from the moment you pick it up.
Once your documents are verified and the security deposit is processed, you can usually drive away within 1 to 2 hours. If the car is available on-site and everything checks out, you might even get it immediately.
At the end of your agreed rental term, you simply return the car to REV7 in good condition. If you’d like to keep it longer, you can easily extend your rental period, subject to availability and prior arrangement.
You’ll generally need your Emirates ID, a valid driving license, and your passport with a valid UAE visa (if applicable). A valid credit card in your name is also required for the security deposit. Proof of income is not usually necessary for standard rentals.
